Reviewers praise Regina Willoughby as one of Columbia City Ballet’s most enchanting female performers. She began dancing at the age of eight while growing up in West Texas. She is a graduate of the Virginia School of the Arts and trained at Joffrey Ballet and Westside. Her professional career includes solo roles at Ballet Austin and Columbia City Ballet, where she has performed Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker, Lucy in Dracula with a Bite, the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella and countless others. She was made Principal dancer for the Columbia City Ballet in 2006 and promoted to Ballerina in 2009. She currently resides in Lexington, SC where she is the owner of a ballet school.
